OE home own two factories , locates at Dongguan city of, south of China, 80km from Guangzhou international airport. One is to make hotel furniture, such as Sofa, headboard, lounge chairs, coffee table , chairs, ect, and the other is making hollywood mirrors and vanity table . Our factory have certificates of ISO 9001, ISO14001 , SAA, CE etc for Hollywood mirrors. We have wood cutting machine, polishing machine, painting house, etc, and we have over 100 workers, most of whom have over 10 years experienced skills in furniture and manufacturing. We have strict Q/C dept to control the quality of products and make sure all products in good quality and packing before delivery.

Q1.What is payment terms?
A: Payment term: 30% deposit , balance paid before delivery.
Q2.Can customized Logo be printed on mirrors acceptable?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q3: What is guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
Q4: How to deal with the damage and defects?
We will replace all damages items in the next orders. Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 1.00 %.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new mirror with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can negotiate how to solve it properly. Please rest assure that we will solve any problems from our clients.
